Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $99 and above, carefully packaged and on its way quickly. Here is everything you need to know.
Processing time
Most items ship via UPS or USPS and arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $99 and above; for orders under $99, standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, and orders placed after that time ship the next business day. You will receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

International shipping
We ship to many countries outside the United States. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated by destination and shown at checkout. If you do not see your country at checkout, email us at info@birthstonecompany.com and we will do our best to help.
Signature on delivery
To protect higher-value orders from porch theft, we require a signature on delivery for most purchases over $100.
Alternate & gift addresses
In many cases we ship to the billing address on file. If you would like your order sent to a gift recipient or an alternate address, or you will not be home to sign, we recommend PayPal at checkout for the smoothest processing.
Packaging
Every order arrives in a quality jewelry gift box, ready to give, at no additional charge. For your privacy, no pricing is ever included on the packing slip.
A note on timing
If for any reason we cannot ship your order on time, we will let you know right away. Carrier delays from severe weather or other conditions are beyond our control, and in those cases we cannot guarantee expedited delivery dates. Have a fast-approaching occasion?
