Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love every purchase, but we know that is not always the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any order, except custom pieces, for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment. Try it on, see it in your own light, and if it is not the one, send it back.

What cannot be returned

We have a generous policy, but a few things we simply cannot take back:

  • Custom, engraved, or special-order pieces made to your specifications.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Custom and engraved items are still covered for 30 days against manufacturing defects under our Warranty & Guarantee.

How to return your order

  1. Request an RMAContact us at info@birthstonecompany.com or (407) 278-9308 within 30 days of shipment to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Packages without an RMA cannot be accepted.
  2. Package it securelyPlace all items in one secure package with the original packing slip and return form. For your safety, do not label the package as containing jewelry.
  3. Ship it insuredReturn via FedEx Ground or a similar carrier with insurance for the full value and signature required, so your package is protected and trackable to our warehouse.

Refunds & processing

Once your return arrives, our warehouse inspects and verifies the condition of the item. It must be in the same condition it was sent to qualify for a refund. Returns take approximately 8 business days to process after we receive them. We refund the cost of the item, excluding original shipping, handling, and insurance charges, and less a 10% restocking fee, to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear once processing is complete.

Required conditions

  • A valid RMA number is required. Packages without one cannot be accepted for refund.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped, unworn and unaltered, within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Custom, engraved, and special-order items are final sale except for manufacturing defects.

How do I exchange an item?
You have two options. For the fastest turnaround, place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund. Or send back your original order and we will email you an invoice for any price difference on the new piece.
How long does a refund take?
Returns take about 8 business days to process once they reach our warehouse. After processing, please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns, and original shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable. The remaining cost of the item is refunded to your original payment method.
I received this as a gift. Can I return it?
Yes. Contact us for an RMA number and we will help you with the best option. Because refunds go back to the original payment method, we are happy to arrange store credit or an exchange instead.
What cannot be returned?
Custom, engraved, and special-order pieces are not returnable except for manufacturing defects. Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged also cannot be accepted.
