Product Overview

A pair of stainless steel hoop earrings in a 60mm diameter with a 2mm tubular profile, finished in a polished black IP plating and secured with a wire-and-clutch closure.

Ion plating, or IP, is a vacuum-deposition technique developed in the late 20th century in which metal ions are bonded to a base substrate at high energy. The process produces a finish that is significantly more wear-resistant than traditional electroplating, holding its color through years of regular wear — particularly valuable on stainless steel, which already resists tarnish and corrosion.

Key Features

  • Crafted in stainless steel with a polished finish
  • Finished with IP plating for lasting brilliance
  • Measures 60 mm wide and 60 mm long
  • Approximate weight of 8.93 grams
  • Sold as a matching pair
